General

We do not provide the Terms and Conditions separately on our website. However, they are included in the customer contract and can be reviewed there.

You can find the IVW guidelines here.

Desktop (stationary websites – WEB)

Includes classic websites accessed via stationary devices such as PCs or laptops. This also covers newsletter measurement, which can be booked free of charge in the INFOnline Order Center.

ePaper

Measurable if the publication is based on HTML5 and/or Flash.

Mobile-optimized websites (MEW)

Websites specifically designed for use on mobile devices.

Responsive Design

These are websites where the URL is identical to the desktop version (WEB + MEW).

The term Responsive Web Design literally means “reactive web design.” Content, navigation elements, and the overall structure of the website dynamically adapt to the respective screen resolution. The design therefore responds to the characteristics of the device instead of forcing users to adapt to rigid layouts of conventional websites or online shops.

Connected TV

Measurement of TV apps on internet-enabled televisions.

Mobile Apps (Android and iOS)

Integration and measurement of native apps for the common mobile operating systems.

Exclusively Page Impressions (PIs).

Please refer to our help page: https://docs.infonline.de/infonline-measurement/integration/web/pruefmoeglichkeiten/

Using network analysis tools, the requests sent by the INFOnline Measurement census measurement can be traced.

To do this, simply open the developer tools (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + i), switch to the Network tab, and filter for ‘base.io’.

There, select the request with status code 200.

In the request payload, parameters such as the site identifier (st) or page code (cp) can be reviewed.

From a technical perspective, measuring PIs based on the display of additional images within a slideshow is possible with INFOnline Measurement.

For IVW participation, we recommend consulting the IVW audit team in advance regarding compliance with the guidelines, via email at: servicecenter@ivw-online.de

Newsletter measurement via IOMp also generates client-based metrics such as visits. Whether a visit is continued when someone accesses a website within the 30-minute visit timeout after opening the newsletter depends on where and how the newsletter was opened.

If the newsletter is opened directly in a browser such as Chrome, a cookie can usually be set and the visit can be continued. However, if the newsletter is opened only within an email client or in an iFrame, it is possible that no cookie can be set or that a new cookie is set due to browser technology, making it impossible to continue the visit.

In general, it should be noted that the client detection underlying the visit may be weaker in newsletter measurement depending on the environment.

Data Protection

The AV (Data Processing Agreement) regulates the anonymization of recorded access to your digital offering via the SZM procedure in accordance with the BDSG. The contract also includes the IT security and data protection concept, which you will also receive from INFOnline for confidential use.

After accessing a digital offering measured by INFOnline, a cookie is stored on the user’s computer. You can find this cookie in your browser’s cookie list under the entry ioam.de.

A cookie is a text file that contains no executable code or, for example, ‘spyware’ elements.

The number sequence stored in the cookie cannot be assigned to any specific person and is therefore anonymous.

INFOnline Trial Phase

The regular trial phase lasts three months.

You can terminate the trial phase at any time within the three-month period.

During the trial phase, you have access to all services that regular customers receive after signing a contract. These include, among others, our measurement services, access to the dashboard for data visualization, and personal support from an INFOnline contact person.

Invoice

If the costs for measuring a digital offering should be billed to another company, we require an official cost assumption statement from that company. The cost assumption can be sent to support@infonline.de.

Simply send us an email with your customer number and invoice number to support@INFOnline.de. We will then send you the invoice by email.

You can change the invoice recipient by sending an email to support@infonline.de.
